Stephanie and Ellie are two American girls who are on a bike trip in Argentina. Their life takes a dark turn when Ellie suddenly goes missing, after the two have a heated argument. The town’s only police officer assists them, although they find that he acts a bit suspicious.

The story follows a young woman, who has been institutionalized for setting fire to a farm house and is now being terrorized by the ghost of a former inmate, a horribly deformed figure baying for blood.
