After his wife confesses to having sexual fantasies about a stranger, reputable physician Bill Hartford strolls through the streets of night desperately searching for random sexual encounters, and eventually sneaks into an invite-only masked party full of temptations. Psycho Beach Party is a comedy horror mystery film which tells the story of Chicklet Forrest, a sixteen year old boyish girl, who wants to be part of the beach surfers in Malibu. However, problem is that she suffers from multiple personality disorder, and she finds herself becoming a suspect, when murders occur at the beach.
