In 2012, she starred as ‘Katerina Marquez’ in the Robert Zemeckis-directed American drama film ‘Flight.’ The film opened to a positive reception and grossed over $161.8 million on a $31 million budget. The following year, she grabbed the role of ‘Deputy District Attorney Emma Rios’ in the American police procedural television series ‘Major Crimes’ created by James Duff. She parted ways from the series in 2017. She next starred in television series such as ‘Killer Women’ (2014), ‘The Exes’ (2014), ‘Z Nation’ (2016), ‘Six’ (2017-2018), and ‘The Guest Book’ (2018).
