Harrison Ford is an American actor who has starred in numerous top grossing films over a four-decade-long career. Two of the best roles he has immortalized on screen are Han Solo in the George Lucas epic movies, 'Star Wars' (1977), 'The Empire Strikes Back' (1980), 'Return of the Jedi' (1983), and 'The Force Awakens' (2015); and Indiana Jones in Steven Spielberg's 'Raiders of the Lost Ark' (1981), 'The Temple of Doom' (1984), 'The Last Crusade' (1989) and 'The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' (2008).
One of his other iconic roles is that of Rick Deckard in Ridley Scott's 'Blade Runner' (1982), which he reprised in the 2017 sequel 'Blade Runner 2049'. Some of his successful films from his early career include 'American Graffiti', 'The Conversation', 'Apocalypse Now' and 'The Frisco Kid'. He earned an 'Academy Award' nomination for the 1985 crime-drama 'Witness' and received critical acclaim for films like 'The Mosquito Coast', 'Working Girl', 'Patriot Games', 'The Fugitive', 'Sabrina' and 'Air Force One'.
While his collaboration with Brad Pitt in 'The Devil's Own' (1997) and with Daniel Craig in 'Cowboys & Aliens' (2011) failed to impress critics, he recently achieved success with 'Morning Glory', '42' and 'The Age of Adaline'.
