The satirical film features about-to-retire LAPD detective Wes Luger and worn-out cop Jack Colt who follow a trail of cookie crumbs to solve Luger’s former-partner’s murder. The trail leads them to Wilderness Girls cookie factory and mastermind Vietnam War veteran General Mortars and Jigsaw, who conspire to mix hard drug in cookies. The two must stop them before it is too late.
