Christopher Nolan concludes his The Dark Knight trilogy featuring DC superhero Batman by bringing him back from self-imposed exile to tackle the merciless mercenary Bane, who plans to take over Gotham city by controlling its dark underworld, with the help of the mysterious cat burglar Selina Kyle and his trusted butler Alfred.

Soon it seems that there might be other inhabitants on the island as well.
