Nathan Fillion is a Canadian-American actor, best known for playing ‘Richard Castle’ on the show ‘Castle,’ from 2009 to 2012. He is also known for playing ‘Malcolm "Mal" Reynolds’ in the space drama ‘Firefly’ (2002-2003) and its film extension, ‘Serenity’ (2005). Nathan made his screen debut as ‘Joey Riley Buchanan’ in the American soap opera ‘One Life to Live’ (1994-1997, 2004). He won a ‘Daytime Emmy’ nomination for the show.
He has also starred in popular TV shows, such as ‘Two Guys and a Girl’ (1998-2001), ‘Desperate Housewives’ (2007-2008), ‘Modern Family’ (2016-2018), and ‘A Series of Unfortunate Events’ (2018).Â
He made his film debut in ‘Saving Private Ryan,’ in 1998. As a voice actor, he has starred in many film projects, including ‘Cars 3’ and ‘Henchmen’ (2018).Â
