American actor Johnny Galecki made his acting debut with television miniseries ‘Murder Ordained’ (1987). He featured in many other television productions and films, but he is best recognised for portraying David Healy in the American sitcom ‘Roseanne’ (1992-1997) and Dr. Leonard Hofstadter in American sitcom ‘The Big Bang Theory’ (2007-present). The latter fetched him a Satellite Award and nominations for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. Other notable works of Galecki includes television sitcom ‘American Dreamer’ (1990–1991) and films like ‘National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation’ (1989) and ‘Prancer’ (1989).
Johnny Galecki may be a well-known name today, but he too had to face initial hiccups to garner substantial and major roles in both films and television. His career span of three decades saw him playing some of his best roles in popular television series and commercially successful films, but at the same time some of his works have also disappointed the critics who marked those as his worst performances.
Filmography of Johnny Galecki includes his starring roles in popular TV series like ‘The Big Bang Theory’ and top-grossing films like ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’ (1997) and ‘In Time’ (2011) as also box-office bombs like ‘Suicide Kings’ (1997).
