The Love Guru is a romantic comedy film which tells the story of an American who has been brought up by gurus in India, as he tries to become the world’s top love guru, after he returns to the US. His first challenge is to help a professional hockey player who is going through romantic troubles, as his wife left him for a rival athlete. 

Lion King Mufasa and Queen Sarabi rule over a huge forest in Africa. Their pride is their son, the lion cub Simba, whom they prepare to be the next king. However, Scar, Mufasa’s younger brother, schemes against Mufasa, and gets him killed. He makes Simba think that he is responsible for his father’s death, and Simba flees the kingdom. However, years later, he meets Nala, his childhood friend, who encourages him to return to his kingdom to avenge his father’s death and take what’s rightfully his.

Gargamel, the wicked wizard drives the little blue people, the Smurfs, out of their enchanted village, after which they land in the Central Park of New York City. They meet Patrick Winslow whom they follow to his home. The lost Smurfs need help to get away from human-world and reach their village before Gargamel captures them to snatch their potent, youth-providing essence. 

Wicked wizard Gargamel, who is after the magical Smurf-essence, creates Smurf-like Naughties, to seize the essence. When he learns that only Smurfette knows the secret spell to turn the Naughties into genuine Smurfs who can get him the essence, Gargamel kidnaps and takes her to Paris. Now the Smurfs, with the help of their human friends, must rescue her from the sorcerer.
