Rana Daggubati acts mainly in Telugu movies; he has done a few Hindi and Tamil films as well. He was the visual effects co-ordinator for over 70 films before he started his own production company and made his acting debut in the Telugu super-hit movie ‘Leader' in 2010, for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South. This was closely followed by his Hindi debut on the big screen with his appearance in ‘Dum Maaro Dum’ (2011) alongside Bipasha Basu. He starred in the blockbuster ‘Baahubali: The Beginning’ (2015) and its sequel ‘Baahubali 2: The Conclusion’ (2017) which became the highest grossing Indian movie of all time. His ‘The Ghazi Attack’ (2017) also did well at the box office. Rana is an established television personality and hosts his own celebrity talk show called ‘No. 1 Yaari’. His upcoming movies include ‘Madai Thiranthu / 1945’ in Tamil / Telugu and ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ in Hindi.
