Freaky Deaky is a crime comedy thriller film which tells the story of Chris Mankowski, who had previously worked in the bomb squad. Some time later, he is transferred, but he is soon asked to take part in a scheme by a group of former hippies, who has turned bomb making into a profitable business.

SWAT officers Brian Gamble and Jim Street are suspended after disobeying orders during a bank robbery. Street is given another chance when veteran Sergeant Hondo Harrelson assembles a special SWAT team of five members, which captures drug lord Alexander Montel. However, Gamble turns against his former colleagues when Montel declares a massive reward for breaking him out.
