In 1996, she gained recognition for her role as ‘Jane Fairfax’ in TV adaptation of Jane Austen’s novel ‘Emma.’ She appeared in many shows such as ‘Friends’ ‘(1996) and ‘Miss Austen Regrets’ (2008) before becoming a series regular in science fiction series ‘Dollhouse’ (2009-10).
