Frustrated with the rules and weaknesses of the justice system, a team of four LAPD detectives, decide to commit the unlawful execution of a powerful gangster. They are soon brought in when a young woman’s body is found at a construction site. As the detectives continue their investigation, they soon receive a film of her having sex in a motel room.
