Mission Impossible franchise is an American spy film series based on a fictional secret espionage agency known as the Impossible Missions Force (IMF). The lead character in the movie is played by Tom Cruise who portrays the role of agent Ethan Hunt. In every movie of the series, Ethan Hunt and his team race against time to save the world from impending disaster. The Mission Impossible movies are characterized by slick action and taut storyline. The series is considered as one of the best action franchises to date. So far six films have been released under the series and two movies are under the production.
