Jerry Mathers is an American actor, best known for his performance as ‘Theodore "Beaver" Cleaver’ in the TV sitcom ‘Leave it to Beaver,’ from 1957 to 1963. His first screen appearance came at the age of 2 in a commercial. He made his first credited film appearance in ‘This is My Love’ (1954). Some of his other films are ‘The Trouble with Harry’ (1955), ‘The Shadow on the Window’ (1957), ‘The Other Man’ (1994), ‘Better Luck Tomorrow’ (2002), and ‘Will to Power’ (2008). He became more popular on TV after starring in ‘Leave it to Beaver.’ His other popular TV appearances came in shows, such as ‘The New Leave It to Beaver’ (1983-1989), ‘Married... with Children’ (1991), ‘Diagnosis: Murder’ (1999), and ‘The War at Home’ (2006). He won ‘Young Artist Award’ for ‘Former Child Star "Lifetime Achievement" Award’ for ‘Leave it to Beaver’ in 1984.
