Jensen Ackles started his career in 1996 with a minor role in the television show ‘Wishbone.’ He went on to make small appearances in television series and shows like ‘Sweet Valley High’ (1996), ‘Mr. Rhodes’ (1996-97) and ‘Cybill’ (1997), before getting his first major role in day time soap opera, ‘Days of Our Lives’ (1997-2000). He played the role of ‘Eric Brady’ in the show which earned him three ‘Daytime Emmy’ nominations.
He continued appearing as well as starring in television shows like ‘Dark Angels’ (2001-02), ‘Dawson’s Creek’ (2002-03), and ‘Smallville’ (2004-05). In 2005, Ackles got his breakthrough role as ‘Dean Winchester’ in the American dark fantasy drama television series ‘Supernatural.’ He won several awards for his performance as ‘Dean Winchester’ including 2 ‘People's Choice Awards’ and a ‘Critics' Choice Super Award.’ The show ran for 15 years and aired its final episode in November 2020.
He made his movie debut in the 2005 horror film ‘Devour’ directed by David Winkler. The film received negative reviews from critics. In 2009, he starred in the American slasher film ‘My Bloody Valentine 3D’ where he played the role of ‘Tom Hanniger.’ The film opened to a positive reception and was a massive box office success. Ackles next appeared in mostly voice roles in films like ‘Batman: Under the Red Hood’ (2010), ‘Batman: The Long Halloween, Part One’ (2021), and ‘Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two’ (2021).
Jensen Ackles will be next seen in the third season of the American superhero streaming television series ‘The Boys’ where he will play the character of ‘Soldier Boy.’
The list of his not so successful movies would include ‘Devour’ (2005), ‘My Bloody Valentine 3D’ (2009) etc. His top grossing movie till date remains to be ‘Batman: Under the Red Hood’.

Meanwhile, Poison Ivy influences Bruce to sign a significant portion of his assets to Falcone, but Catwoman rescues Bruce by defeating Ivy. Things get ugly when Scarecrow escapes from Arkham Asylum on Mother’s Day.
