Gina Lollobrigida is an Italian actress, best known for her performance as ‘Maria De Ritis’ in the hugely successful film ‘Bread, Love and Dreams’ (1953). She earned a ‘BAFTA’ nomination for ‘Best Foreign Actress’ for the role. She made her screen debut in the film ‘Lucia di Lammermoor’ in 1946. Some of her popular films include ‘The World's Most Beautiful Woman’ (1955) for which she won ‘David di Donatello for Best Actress,’ ‘Come September’ (1961) for which she earned ‘Golden Globe Henrietta Award,’ ‘Venere Imperiale’ (1963) for which she won ‘David di Donatello for Best Actress,’ ‘Buona Sera, Mrs. Campbell’ (1968) for which she earned a ‘Golden Globe’ nomination for ‘Best Actress,’ and ‘XXL’ (1997). She made her TV debut in a documentary titled ‘Portrait of Gina’ in 1958. Her other popular TV shows are ‘Falcon Crest’ (1984) for which she earned a ‘Golden Globe’ nomination for Best Supporting Actress,’ ‘The Love Boat’ (1986), and ‘Still Game’ (2018).
Originally released in the USA as Where the Hot Wind Blows, this French-Italian movie is set in an Italian fishing village ruled by a petty crook. At the center of the story is a pretty girl called Marietta, who is desired by all. The tale takes a different turn when Enrico Tosso, an engineer from Milan, comes to the village to drain out the marshes.

After robbing a bank, Roy King and his gang flee to Mexico, where Roy meets and marries lovely Alicia, only to lose her to revolutionary Montero and while leaving, she also takes away all his money. Despite that, he agrees to collaborate with Montero to rob the Mexican government arsenal and succeeds. But will he get his due?
