After learning that his girlfriend frequently engages in orgies behind his back, Mitch Martin joins his two friends Frank and Beanie, who are also dissatisfied with their personal lives, to re-live their past glory days. They turn Mitch's new house near a college campus into a fraternity, but draw the ire of the college dean Pritchard.
